You and your office staff are invited to join us for a new provider orientation. AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio's leadership team members, your personal account executive and many others plan to be there. They look forward to meeting you! These orientations are designed to familiarize you with not only the vast resources available to you through our website, but also identify areas of importance to help you work with us to best serve our members — your patients. For the convenience of our providers, AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio has established three Checkwrite days per week - Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We are committed to providing timely claims adjudication for you. All claims for services rendered by in-network providers must be submitted to AmeriHealth Caritas Ohio within 365 days from the actual date of service (or the date of discharge for inpatient admissions). |

One week left to pre-register for Provider Network Management (PNM)
Providers have until Friday, September 23, to pre-register for the PNM module ahead of the PNM launch on October 1. As a reminder, an OH|ID is required to access the PNM module. Access to key administrative functions could be delayed for providers who do not pre-register. If you cannot take advantage of pre-registration, you will still be able to access the PNM and set up your account at go-live October 1.

Registration is open for Provider Network Management (PNM) training! |

Ohio Department of Medicaid (ODM) is in the process of implementing the Next Generation program to focus on the individual rather than the business of managed care so that we can do better for the people we serve. One way to achieve this vision is through the implementation of the Provider Network Management (PNM) module to reduce the administrative burden on providers.
Training and Learning Management System
In preparation for Stage 2 go-live (October 1, 2022), ODM is offering a

variety of training options including self-paced, virtual, and in-person training options. Absorb, the Learning Management System (LMS), is where you will access the self-paced training and sign up for the virtual and/or in-person sessions.

The Ohio Department of Aging supports efforts to keep Ohioans independent as they age.
